Product Description: Lama-Tweed is an indescribably soft tweed yarn consisting of 40% llama fibers, 40% pure new wool and 20% rayon. The yarn is suitable for baby, children and adult knitwear and can be used for everything from hats, to sweaters, cardigans and much more. Lama-Tweed can be used for the same patterns as for Lamauld 1/2.

Fairlight Fibers Notes: Lama-Tweed is ridiculously soft and squishy and gorgeous. The lower proportion of rustic llama fiber and the addition of rayon makes this yarn a bit softer than it's cousin, Lamauld 1/2, while retaining that yarn's off-the-charts smoosh factor. The tweedy neps are adorable and give the finished products depth. The colors are gorgeous, with a slight sheen from the rayon. Perfectly yummy yarn.
