Product Description: Ullcentrum's Worsted is a 3-ply yarn with 200 m per 100 grams (6/3) spun from pure Swedish wool from Öland. The standard weight of a hank is 100 grams unless otherwise specified.Swedish wool yarn is strong, soft and easy to knit and weave with. It is well suited for sweaters, cardigans, head gear, mitts, socks, blankets, shawls, etc, as well as for felting. It is also recommended for nålbindning, should you so wish.

This yarn varies in weight from DK to Worsted. If in doubt, please ask us. It is made from several types of sheep: Gotland, Swedish, Fine, and their own mix, called Alvar.
