Fairlight Fibers Pattern: Roslyn Socks
Pattern Description: These sweet socks are a great way to use sock sets with contrasting minis. They are short, easy to make, and practical, with a reinforced slip-stitch “eye-of-partridge” heel. They’re perfect for transitional weather, or anytime you want to make quick, fun socks.
Roslyn is a cute little town located in the transition between Western and Eastern Washington State. Most famous as a substitute for coastal Alaska in the 90’s series Northern Exposure, this town retains its small-town nature despite its brief brush with celebrity. Every fall, the landscape around Roslyn turns beautiful shades of russet, pink, and deep, earthy brown.
The Roslyn Socks feature a slip-stitch heel flap and comfortable instep gusset. Any sock yarn will work.
